A fond memory of Giulio's childhood in Equador, he and his friends and brothers would buy some from the street vendors whenever they got the craving or passed the irresistible aroma of cheddar and bread wafting thru the streets. 


A favourite of guests who dinned at Giulio's restaurants. He's been making these cheese breads by hand and serving them in his restaurants in New Zealand for more than 10 years.
